Agro-Stock Depo Kft. (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use agro-stock-depo.eu, why, on what legal basis, how long we keep it, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

3. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under a data-processing agreement:
- Hosting: Hostinger International Ltd. (EU/EEA servers).
- E-mail delivery: Hostinger.
- Analytics: Google (Site Kit / Analytics) — only with your cookie consent.
- Payment / banking: handled offline by bank transfer; we do not store card data.
We never sell your personal data.
4. International transfers
Where a provider processes data outside the EEA (e.g. Google), transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Your rights
You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent. To exercise these, e-mail info@agro-stock-depo.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the NAIH (see Impressum).
6. Security
Passwords are stored hashed; the site uses HTTPS; access to personal data is restricted to authorised staff.
7. Children
The service is intended for businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date shows the current version.
